Melai Cantiveros was announced as the grand winner during the grand finals of ABS-CBN's “Your Face Sounds Familiar” that happened on Sunday, June 7, 2015, at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Resorts World Manila.

The 27-year old actress bested other celebrities like Nyoy Volante, who impersonated Whitney Houston; Jay R’ who impersonated Frank Sinatra and Edgar Allan Guzman who performed like Chris Brown. She got the highest percentage of text votes with 51.93% by performing “Wrecking Ball" of Miley Cyrus.
The grand winner received a trophy and P2-million, half of which goes to a charity institution of her choice while three non-winners each received a trophy and P200,000.
