The Civil Service Commission recently announced expected close to 200,000 examinees who will take the Career Service Examination on April 6, 2014 in 52 schools designated testing centers nationwide.
Metro Manila has the highest concentration of examination with a total of 31,640. Other regions with large numbers of examinees are from Southern Luzon or Region 4 with a total of 28,404 examinees, followed by Central Luzon with 13,500 examinees, SOCCSKSARGEN (Region 12) with 12,734; and Zamboanga Peninsula (Region 9) with 12,553.
The Civil Service Commission also announced that 86.49% or 171,684 will take the Professional Level of the Civil Service Examination-Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) while the rest of examinees will take the Sub-Professional Level.
For those who will take the Civil Service examination, are required to bring the valid ID they presented during application, as well as the examination slip issued to them. Failure to take the test will mean forfeiture of examination slot. No refund and no request for reschedule will be allowed.
