Miss France is Miss Universe 2016

Miss France was crowned as the 65th Miss Universe winner during the coronation day held in the Philippines. She bested 86 contestants from the around the world including Miss Haiti Raquel Pelissier, the first runner-up, and Miss Colombia Andrea Tovar, the second runner-up.

Miss France Iris Mittenaere was very happy as her name announced by Steve Harvey as the 2016 Miss Universe winner. Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach of the Philippines passed the crown to Miss France.

Top National Costumes at the 65th Miss Universe Preliminary Competition

Last  Thursday, January 26, the 86 ontestants of the 65th Miss Universe pageant flaunted their eye-catching outfits during the National Costume competition held at SM Mall of Asia on Thursday night.

Ms. Myanmar's national costume is the crowd's favorite. Her national costume was inspired by traditional Burmese puppet. She impressed the crowd with her own theater backdrop.

Other stunning national costumes are from  include Miss. Indonesia, Miss Bolivia, Miss Venezuela Ms. US Virgins Island, Miss. Thailand, Ms. Malaysia, Ms Nicaragua, Ms. Panama, Ms India, Miss Germany and Miss Vietnam.
