Puerto Princesa International Airport to open in March 2017

Puerto Princesa City Mayor Lucilo Byron confirmed that the opening of Puerto Princesa International Airport will be on March 2017. The confirmation was happened during the 6th Association of Southeast Asian Nations chief justices roundtable interview.

According to the Department of Transport (DOTr), the airport expansion project costs $102.56 million while its design and build contract, awarded to Korean group Kumho Industrial Co. Ltd.-GS Engineering and Construction joint venture was worth $82.9 million.

Irate customer in Starbucks

There's a video of an irate customer complaining about his drink and not giving him a seat immediately. The video was captured inside Starbucks which is now viral on different social networking sites.


The guy on the video was very angry and kept complaining about his drink  that was almost spilled to him. He repeatedly said “What if I’m a mystery guest?” He also said “Don’t play words, don’t play games to me. I was not born yesterday.” The barista apologized to him and she said “Okay Sir, I’m really sorry for what happened.

According to different blog sites, Ryle's alleged scandal photos show only his private parts.There's a separate photo showing his face and the shirt whch is similar to the shirt of the person on the other  priviate photos. These photos are  now circulating on social netwirking sites like Twitter.

Philippines to host Miss Universe 2016

Great news for all Miss Universe fans in the Philippines! It's confirmed! The Philippines will host the next Miss Universe pageant. The prestigious beauty pageant will be held on January 30, 2017. 


There's a report that the pageant might be held outside Metro Manila. President Rodrigo Duterte requested organizers to stage the event outside Metro Manila to avoid adding to the traffic. Places to be considered include Cebu, Davao, Boracay, Palawan, Cagayan de Oro, and Vigan. According to Tourism Secretary Wanda Teo, they are still considering holding the pageant at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

The seven regular housemates that entered the PBB house include Ali Forbes; Longing Son of Taguig, Incredible Hunk of Nueva Ecija, Tanner Mata; Bibang Bentang-guena of Batangas, Baninay Bautista; Rampa Raketera of Bulacan,  Luis Hontiveros;  Overseas Filipino Warrior of Tondo, Jerome Alecre Lucky Bet na Miss of Tacloban, Thuy Nguyen; and Dazzling Daughter of Bulacan, Cora Waddell.

"Pinoy Boyband Superstar" Middle Rounds | Top 12 Hopefuls

On the last episode of the "Pinoy Boyband Superstar," top 12 hopefuls was named who were chosen by viewers and judges. They will go to the next round of the competition.


The girls' votes  went to Group 1's Joao Constancia (42.97%), and Group 2's Allen Cecilio (25.61%) and Niel Murillo (23.14%). Judges picked Tony Labrusca, Miko Juarez, Russel Reyes, Henz Villaraiz and Mark Oblea. The last 4 names were announced include  MarkusPaterson, Tristan Ramirez, James Ryan Cesena and Ford Valencia.

Working Beks in Cinemas this November

Viva Films finally released the full trailer of Working Beks, a contemporary, urban and bitchy comedy about a day in the life of five men of varying levels of “gayness”, age, temperament, class and predicament. It stars John Lapus, TJ Trinidad, Edgar Allan Guzman, Prince Stefan and Joey Paras.



The comedy movie is centered to four working gays namely Tommy, Gorgeous, Champ, Jet and Mandy. Each of them have their own story. Most of  them are discreet where they can't reveal their true identity to their family and friends. The movie is written and directed by Chris Martinez.

“That Thing Called Tanga Na!” in cinemas this August 2016

Another gay-themed movie will be opened in cinemas this August starring Eric Quizon, Billy Crawford, Kean Cipriano, Martin Escudero, and Angeline Quinto. The title of the movie is 'That Thing Called Tanga Na!' which produced by Regal Films.



The “That Thing Called Tanga Na!” is a comedy film which talks about love and friendship. It revolves around individuals who are members of the LGBT community  (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender). Each of them has story about their loved ones.  The movie is directed by award-winning director, Joel Lamangan.

“The Voice Kids” premieres on May 28

“The Voice Kids” is back and it will be this Saturday (May 28) on ABS-CBN. Coaches for the Season 3 include broadway diva Lea Salonga, rock superstar Bamboo, and new coach Megastar Sharon Cuneta.



The Voice Kids” is a singing talent search that feature talented Pinoy kids who have spectacular skills in singing. They will showcase their talent in front of the three coaches. Each coach will pick his/her member during the blind edition. 

The Voice Kids” Season 3 will be led by the country’s premier host Luis Manzano, reality star-turned-host Robi Domingo, and the newest host: “chinita princess” Kim Chiu.

Meanwhile,  Elha Nympha from Team Bamboo was named grand champion last season.
