Hongkong textbook describes Filipinos as domestic helpers

While reading news online, I saw an article about stereotyping Filipinos as domesic helper in a primary school textbook in Hong Kong.

The term "domestic helper" is used as a description for Pinoys. The page entitled racial harmony that stereotypes different nationalities. It states that the correct answer for “I am a domestic helper in Hong Kong” is Filipino. Check the photo form hongwrong.com below:

"I am British. I am an English teacher."

"I am Filipino. I am a domestic helper in Hong Kong."

"I am Japanese. I have a sushi restaurant in Hong Kong."

"I am Chinese. Shanghai is my hometown."

One Direction to hold concert in Manila

Finally, a lot of JUAN DIRECTIONER'S dreams will come true. The English-Irish band composed of Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson, which is popularly known as One Direction, is set to hold a big concert in Manila in 2015.

One Direction will have a concert in the Philippines as part their "On the Road Again Tour", happening 2015 on March 21, 2015 at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds.

Ticket prices are ranging from P1,150 (bronze) to P17,950 (VIP). There will be a priority selling event where you can purchase tickets in advance. If you buy the VIP/Hot Ticket Package, it includes a ticket, a 1D wristwatch with pouch, a laminate card, and a lanyard. Just a reminder, this event is good for the first 15,000 customers arriving at the venue. Tickets can be purchased from 8 am to 2 pm.

Disney's Cinderella teaser released!

For those Cinderella fanatics out there, Disney recently released the video teaser of Cinderella movie via social video networking site YouTube.

The upcoming romantic fantasy film stars by Lily James in the title character. Other cast members are Helena Bonham Carter as the Fairy Godmother, Cate Blanchett as the Wicked Stepmother and Richard Madden as the Prince.

The film is based on the fairy tale "Cinderella" by Charles Perrault and is also a live-action re-imagining of the 1950 Disney animated film.

The very good looking hunk Daniel Matsunaga has been revealed during the "PBB All In" 1st eviction night. He was the new celebrity housemate who was entered the Pinoy Big Brother House.
